ABOUT THE ARTIST
Working from her East Coast studio, the images Laura creates are in a style that she calls "Surrealistic Conceptualism". She finds humor and personality in much of what surrounds her, often leading to symbolic representations based on the mental connections that she makes between images and feelings. She generally works in a detail oriented style, finding fascination in the intricate patterns and colors of a variety of common subjects.
